Overview

We focus on gas monitoring: measuring and locating toxic, flammable and greenhouse gases across a facility and its boundary. That includes point and open-path detection, wireless and solar-powered stations, fence-line networks, methane leak monitoring and LDAR programmes. We work alongside the client's fire and gas system and EPC contractor rather than replacing them.

How the system works

  • Detects toxic and combustible gases at point locations and along open paths
  • Monitors fence-lines for H2S, VOC and methane migrating off-site
  • Finds and quantifies fugitive leaks through LDAR surveys and optical gas imaging
  • Tracks methane emissions for reduction programmes and reporting frameworks
  • Provides portable and wireless detection for shutdowns, turnarounds and remote assets

Turnkey scope. Gas mapping and detector placement studies, detector selection, installation, loop checks, interface to the client's F&G or DCS, commissioning, calibration programmes, LDAR services and ongoing maintenance.
